Categories disappeared after update to 7.2 version

Hi There,
URGENT in our shop categories dissapeardd after this morning when we updated the Theme to V7.2. Everything else is working only categories now provide a 404 page

problem Fixed we resaved the permalink structure and now all works seems there is a issue that the permalinks were not showing up only on category level. Product level all worked.
This is a strange error.!
