Categories filter not showing in shop page

I have an issue where it says there is no categories in my Shop page where anyone can click on a category to filter out products based on this category. But, after adding some products and updating patches it said that i don’t have any category and i tried to turn off this feature and open again to maybe fix it but nothing happened. Idk what caused it, and i can’t seem to find anything related to it worked in settings worked. there is another issue but for another forum

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.
Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

i did deactivate all plugins but still problem exist .
i want an email for customer service to sent all the problems at the website to him/her .

I have another issue if you’re gonna login my site, the hover animation isn’t working probably in mobile devices, it makes the animation but it doesn’t change products images, even thou i have multiple images for each product. see what you can do for it too

If the issue remains, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation and switching to the parent/default theme for testing.
02. Please navigate to Theme Settings -> Custom CSS and paste the below code into the “Custom CSS for mobile” and “Custom CSS for tablet” areas.

on Hostinger’s shared hosting plans (including Premium), the max_input_vars PHP value cannot be increased beyond the platform’s default limit due to shared environment restrictions. If you require a higher limit like 10,000, you would need to upgrade to a VPS plan, where you have full control over PHP settings.

and i dont want to upgrade to vps it cost so much so please help me to solve the problem .

There is another problem with showing another image from a product galary when someone hovers on a product in mobile view, this happens in all mobiles, it just enlarges the main image but doesn’t show the next image
