Categories in expanded megamenu

Hello,

I’m having issues adding categories inside the megamenu. I’ve followed the steps but it appears that I’m missing the option to add a HTML Block for the dropdown.

Even with the preinstalled theme I don’t see the option available inside Appearance – Menus even if the categories appear correctly on the client side.

Do I miss maybe a plugin?
