Where can I find this mobile drop-down menu in the theme files? I would like to modify them a bit. Exactly, it’s about changing the arrow to “+” and “-” when clicked.

The functionality for opening/closing the menu is situated in js/scripts/wc/categoriesMenu.js.

The HTML structure is in inc/integrations/woocommerce/template-tags.php, more detail in the below screenshot.
