categories keep showing on the product page even when the option is off

Dear support,
i have 2 issues after updating your theme,
first, before the update on a category page, (for example “grinders”, check link ) , the category used to show only subcategories, for example grinders page / metal grinder /plastic grinders etc.

now its shows the all categories, how to fix it back? i want on each main category page to show only subcategories in the page title.
i tried the all options but even when im turning everything off its still there no matter what im changing.

Hello,
As we can see, you have created a custom layout with our builder. If you want to show only subcategories, you need to edit this element and change Data source to WooCommerce query.
Or you can delete this layout if you want to restore the default WooCommerce shop page layout.

thank you so much for your fast answer,
i did indeed tried your new element builder but i couldn’t find any way to edit it, is there somewhere an guide how to use the new elements builder, i miss also all the new elementor widgets.
