Categories Layout

I want to display “Popular Categories” in the circular layout as it’s displayed in Tethys theme’s Home 6.
Could anyone let me know how I can do this?

There are such rounded images defined by default – https://prnt.sc/5bLqFUnDkokw so if you want such an appearance, I suggest updating the same rounded images.
