Categories Menu Different When Logged In

I have updated my categories menu, however it does not update when I am looking at the site when not logged in. Once I log in, the categories menu (Browse Categories) appears correct. Please advise.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, and switch to the parent theme if you are running the child one and provide your site admin access to the private area.
