Categories menu doesn't save all the changes

We are trying to use either the Full Width Design or the Set Sizes one for all of our categories. This can only be applied to the first 5 or 6 categories and after that our changes cannot be saved and the design turns automatically to Default again. We have changed the order of the categories and it’s always after the 5th or 6th category that the problem begins. We had managed once to make them all full width but after we added our items/sub-categories/products/etc, it was changed again.

It seems to be a problem in your PHP limits on the server. Try to contact your hosting providers and ask to increase PHP Max Post size limit value.
