Categories not read the html-block anymore

    Hi after the update I notice that the categories description(screenshot) is changed, but after that my html-block shortcode are no more displayed.

    Can you help me to resolve that?

    Hi,

    There is some problem with the slider you created and put there. Check your revolution slider settings.

    The sliders works perfect before, I not change any setting, what kind of setting I should change?

    Hi and thanks, it already is on, I find this error in javascript console on the categories page:

    Hi sorry I’m back to work I have try some adjustment in slider global option, and finally seems that the problem is solved, honestly I don’t know, I set to manual also the slider size and now all seem works, i don’t know if is related but together I have other major issue, randomly some title of the product are missed, I reinsert the title, and happens that after some hours the title is gone again.

    Have you any suggestions about from what could depend? I use total cache, there is some settings that can conflict with the theme, that I must remove?

    Sorry but this is strictly necessary? Because the problem occurs cyclically, and is not replicable, it happens at a distance of 24-12 hours and so on. And I think that you understand that I don’t want to uninstall all the plugins and put the store in maintenance for two days! Because this should damage my business. Initially you told me to do the same thing with the problem of sliders, but it was possible to solve even without having to block the site, there is nothing that I can do to understand where the problem is without putting the store offline all this time?

    Sorry, but seems to be not related to our theme at all. It can’t rename your product titles randomly. Most likely it is caused by some of the installed plugins.

    Ok I respect your policy but I have very few essential plugins actived not theme related, they are: Yoast seo, Wpml, Wp smush, W3 total cache, open graph for facebook, google analytics dashboard for wp and woocommerce, and one of them is in possible conflict with your theme, is maybe not theme related, but I have your theme installed, who else should I ask? If I don’t know what plugin is the problem, at what kind of plugin related support I should ask and what?

    It is a very simple few product store, not should be a big issue in order to help me to resolve, or understand how I can fix by myself.

    In order to understand which plugin causes the problem, first of all, deactivate all not related, then activate one by one to understand which one causes the problem.

    As soon as you understand which one conflicts you will decide to refuse using this plugin or to find an equivalent.
