Categories not visible

I ve defined many categories, but only 1 is displayed in the carousel. Is there any specific way to activated them in carousel?

Please make sure that you have assigned the products to the categories.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then please share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.
