Categories on the home page

    Hi,

    I chose exactly 22 categories to be displayed on the home page of the store. Two more categories are displayed for some reason (please review the attached files).

    How can I remove two unnecessary categories from the home page?

    Hello,

    I saw the screenshots you attached.

    Please deactivate all the third party plugins, clear the cache and check back. If the problem continues then leave the plugins deactivated and provide with the admin panel login details of the then we will troubleshoot with default plugins.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, I was not able to resolve this problem. Please log in to the backend of my ecommerce website and check what may be affecting the display of two unwanted categories on the home page.

    I would be grateful if you could help.

    Hello,

    I have logged into your website.

    Please update the Theme, Woodmart Core and Woocommerce to the latest versions as we can see you are using an old version of the theme and Recommended plugins.

    Then clear cache and check back.

    After updating the theme and woocommerce to the latest version, I’ve cleared the cache. There are still two unwanted categories appearing on the home page.

    The issue was that you have set the homepage and Shop page the same that was causing the issue. I have created a separate shop page and the issue is fixed.
