Currently, we are working on this issue. This will be possible in the nearest update very soon.
In order to display the categories in the order you need, you will go to Product > Categories > drag and drop categories in the necessary order.

You will get the notification on the update as soon as it is ready.

If you cannot reproduce the action shown here https://gyazo.com/1b4beb46664d43cd5ea4132e3f3de597 please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and try again.

Please note you will have to wait until update release because category order has been fixing now.
