Categories within the shop page

Hi there, I’m trying to remove the categories that are appearing above my shop grid. I attempted to disable them using the page title setting, but it didn’t work. Can you suggest another way to remove them? thank you in advance

It seems that there is a Custom Layout enabled on your Site for the Archive page.
Please go to the Dashboard > Layouts > Products archive > check if there is any Custom Layout enabled. If yes, then disable that Layout and then these Categories will get hidden from your Site.
If you’re unable to do it yourself, then please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.
