Categoriview urgent problem

Hi, I suddenly have a big problem, and I dont know what I did to cause it.

When showing some categoryview the filter widgets are gone, and the products are messed up in the buttom. The picture explains best. Please see.

I think it has someting to do with my html block, because when I show a simple category as “Bærbare” that has no HTML block, then theres no problem, but If I show a category like “Brugt Lenovo ThinkPad T430s” the problem occours.

In this case, try to remove this HTML block and check how it works to understand is it this block’s problem or not.

Thanks, I found out that it was not the HTML. I deactivated the plugins until I found that it was the YITH Compare plugin that. More specific, when I tuen on “Set this option to show the button in the product list” it will fail. Please see pic.

This function is very important to me (so the customors can easealy choose which products to compare from shop view).

Please help me 🙂

It works not, beasuse I deactivated the “Set this option to show the button in the product list” as on the picture I showed. But I have activated it again, and now you can see it everywhere eg.

Please, disable all external plugins except those that required for our theme and switch to parent theme.

What, why? I use the Child theme, and, I have already tryed to disable all other plugins, and as I wrote, the issue occours when enabling the YITH compare plugin, which actually is a part of your built-in plugins if I am not mistaken.

Just to be sure that no any other plugin or custom code in the child theme influence this situation before checking.

Okay,

I have now disabled all plugins that are not included in Woodmart.
I have changed to the default Woodmart (not child)
I have removed all custom CSS

The problem still occours when I enable “Set this option to show the button in the product list” in YITH Compare

I have provided all login info for you, just PLEASE dont make tie site open to public.

Still can’t identify why it doesn’t work. Please, send us your FTP access also.

Okay, found the problem. I had upgraded the YITH Compare to the “Premium version” and that made the conflict. When downgrading to Free the problem stopped. Thank you for getting me on the right path.
