Navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Change the color as per your needs http://prntscr.com/m025ab

The border color is set in the Theme Settings > Styles and Colors > Primary color
