Category content is showing as tooltip hover on the menu

I have created category with content in it and now it is showing as hover on menu and also create problem in mobile menu too. Attaching the screeshot.

As I understand you wanted to create a mega menu block, if so, please follow this instruction: https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/create-menu/ and https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/html-blocks/
If that is not your purpose, please provide the details of what you wanted to achieve. A sample would be helpful.
