Category Description Above And Below Woocommerce Product Categories

Is there a way that we could add text both under the category products and above?
Basically, I want to be able to add more information below the products, after having a brief description above. For example on this page:

Unfortunately, there is the option to add a description either before the product grid or after the product grid.

I understand this may not be available through your theme options, but I was hoping for some broad guidance given your vast expertise, a plugin suggestion or a line of code would help a lot

We do not have a quick solution to provide and can not suggest plugins either as we have not tested any.
Maybe you can consider the option of the pre-footer if you need one and the same content for all the categories in the bottom.
