wildguitarsParticipantHi guys,
I have just updated the theme to the latest version on our staging website.
https://dev2.wildguitars.co.ilAt the moment, the spinning circle that is supposed to appear in the center of the page after a filter is selected is stuck on the right-hand side. Please see the attached screen recording that I made for you.
I remember that you fixed this for me after a previous update. Perhaps you need to do it again? And perhaps you can teach me how to do this myself?
Thanks,

wildguitarsParticipantThe .mov file exceeded the allowed file size. I’ve uploaded it to WeTransfer:

wildguitarsParticipantHi Elise, I am referring to the screen recording that I made for you, to demonstrate the issue. This is the link to download it: https://we.tl/t-LeyWDZcd0K
The issue has nothing to do with our hosting company. Please take a look at the video when you get the chance, or you can simply refer to the explanation that I wrote in my original message:

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHello,
The issue is caused by customization in your child theme. Try to disable your child’s theme and check again.
Kind Regards

wildguitarsParticipantHi Bogdan,
So my web developer looked into this issue and he says that it the problem is with a file called base-rtl.min.css
After the theme update, the values in this file change. Please see the attached screen recording.

Bogdan DonovanKeymasterHello,
As we mentioned in the previous reply, the following issue is caused by your customization in a child theme. If the child theme is disabled, the shop loader is looking normal (https://gyazo.com/184355d4ee7c649661178a3a3716d939). Try to disable the child theme, or remove or delete customization that is causing the issue.
Kind Regards

wildguitarsParticipantThank you for the additional reply, Bogdan, and I apologize for the back and forth on this even though it is not related to the theme. I will have our developer take care of it.
