This page title is configured in the Theme Settings > Page title, you need to change the size. If you want to change it for the product categories only, you need to use theme presets: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-settings-presets/

I mean for the image height that is behind of Shaggy Rugs title.

The size of the tile is edited in the way I described above.
