Category Icon Images not loading in menu have shared the screenshot for the same
Hello,
To add an icon in the category menu, navigate to Products > Categories > Edit category and upload a category icon.
If you have another behaviour, please share some screenshots for better understanding that demonstrate the problem so we can understand and reproduce it on your website.

Some icons are visible some are not
After doing this in the category menu, navigate to Products > Categories > Edit category and upload a category icon.
