Category icon is not visible in woocommerce placeholder

Hello!

I added subcategory icon/picture to subcategories, but picture is not visible in category page. Only woocommerce placeholder is visible when I haven´t added the picture and if I added the picture then it is not visible.

By the way, Woodmart is a great theme and I really like it.

Thank you for the answer, but it is not an answer for my question.

I know how and where I must to upload product category images, but the problem is – these product category images are still not visible in category page.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and check.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
