where do I change category image size so you can see it all?
i tried at theme settings to choose large, but it still didn’t change it.

As I understand you mean the product category title image? This image is set as the background. Background images are cut on mobile by their nature, our theme does not influence that, unfortunately.
You can set the color for the mobile with custom CSS.
