CATEGORY LINKS LOADING THE WRONG CATEGORY

I am using the Anteres theme, I realized the each time I add a Product category element on my pages, when any of the category is clicked, a particular, unwanted product category will display, and the breadcrumb shows that I am in the desired category, but the products that are loaded are not what I want. Don’t tell me to make sure I assign my products to the correct categories, because I already did that, all my products are categories.
The theme did not have this problem from the beginning, along the line, it started this malfunctioning.

I see that you made the category links via an element that is not related to the theme: https://take.ms/73VhM , in this case, please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not.

The category is okay.
All the links on the theme do not connect to the links we created because the theme had crached while we where building the site.
For example
1) if you a vehicle and enter thesignle shop page will se above the pictures of the vehicle the following Home> TOYOTA HIACE> LHD – TOYOTA HIACE> TOYOTA HIACE 2018 HIGH ROOF 13 SEATS
If you then now click on Home or TOYOTA HIANCE or LHD-TOYOTA HIACE it take you to anothe page instead of the corresponding page that is the issue we have

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.
