Category Links not working (404 error)

    Hi Team,

    This issue has been reported in the past as well that whenever either woocommerce or elementor is updated, the category links status gets changed to 404. While this is easily fixed (just edit any of the category and save without changing), this makes things look bad at customer’s front.

    I have not tried to fix it today as I want you to review this first.

    Hello,

    Resave permalinks in Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks, clear the cache and recheck the issue with other categories.

    Also, Try to regenerate “Regenerate the product attributes lookup table” in Woocommerce > Status > Tools: https://take.ms/LGpvf

    Hi Luke. I won’t mind doing it but I have faced this issue earlier as well, I wish to know what’s causing it as at times, I get to know quite late, by the time many customer drop out completely resulting in lost revenue.

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not?

    Because our theme doesn’t influence the permalinks.

    I have already reset permalink last night, will report back when this issue surfaces again however this indeed happened multiple times and only happened after we moved to woodmart.
