Hi, The Categories icon looking expanded on the menu items. Kindly help to check and revert back how to fix. Its on the browser IE 11.09.

To fix this problem, you need to open your SVG icons file with some editor like Sublime Text or default system text editor and add height and width attributes to your <svg> tag like it is shown on the screenshot https://gyazo.com/83fd36b0bb9628bb1aed2bd3d5d063c5
Then you will need to reupload your icons in WordPress Dashboard.

Would you help to explain whether i need to edit the svg file to 10×10 or in style sheet ? please help to direct me to the exact file where i need to edit. thanks.
You need to open your SVG file in any text editor (Right-click > Open with) and set the width and height attribute in the main SVG tag. Please check the screenshot (https://prnt.sc/ougqyz).
You can use the attached icon as an example.
