i have 2 questions
1. If the customer clicks the category of the product:

In this way, if guests choose other categories, they do not need to go back to the home page
2. Quick View cannot be displayed on mobile

1) I saw the screenshots you attached.

It is not possible to add the same menu in the sidebar but you can display categories in the Sidebar by adding the product categories widget in the Shop page widget area under Appearance >> Widgets.

2) Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Custom CSS for Mobile area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.
