Category page default sorting

Hello,

I want to make a default product sorting for a certain page.
More specificly, normally i want to sort the products by popularity as default.
But for new arrivals category, i want to sort them as by lastest.
For that, what should i do ?

Try to use a custom layout for Archive pages and add the widgets in the page builder:
