category page Description

I want to add description above the page and also under the page . but when i upload content in catagory page than i see this description just show under the page.
how to add description those place?

Go to Products > Categories, select the category you wish to edit, and click Edit. Then, add the Extral description in the appropriate field.

when i click to edit any category page, i found 2 field. one “Description” and another “extra Description”
but the problem is . i submit content in those fold but it cannot display above the fold , just only display under the fold.
