Category Page Layout Issue

Hi

I have created a layout for Fitness Category page- Refer Image (1)

But when i click on Fitness Category it is showing up like this- Refer Image (2)

Layout setting for this category is actve- Refer Image (3)

Request you to kindly help me in solving this issue.

We acknowledge and confirm the permission for the deactivation of plugins and switching to the parent theme for testing purposes. Please make sure once the testing got done kindly restore all the settings related to plugins as well as theme. We dont want to lose any data.

Regarding disabling the server cache, i am not able to find the settings.

After I looked into the situation I found that you have defined the wrong category to the Layout condition. In the condition we can see that “Fitness” has the ID – 476: https://prnt.sc/Cld8qow4_TQX but the category from Products -> Categories has the ID – 7271: https://prnt.sc/0DfQiLCGfMta so as a result, the layout is not working because there is defined the wrong value.
