How can I have in product archive view images clickable so they can go to the single product page?

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
You need to select another design for the product grid. This option is provided in the Theme Settings > Product Archives > Product Style.

Hi Elise, I have just checked and visited Theme Settings > Product Archives > Product Style but none of them have an option where the product images are clickable.
What else can I do?

Please make the full backup of your the site, and update the theme, then update the plugin in the Appearance > Install plugins, if the problem persists, deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Deactivate the child theme and switch to the parent, then check.
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.
