I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please try changing the order option of the categories widget from Appearance >> Widgets.

Hello,

Please check how it works with the default wordpress Theme Just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

Because the category’s widget is controlled by woocommerce and our theme doesn’t influence.
