Hello,
If you want to remove just categories and leave the sidebar, navigate to Appearance > Widgets > and remove Product Category widget from Sh0p page widget area.
If you want to remove the whole sidebar and make a full-width page, go to the Theme Settings > Shop > Sidebar and Page title > and disable the sidebar
Next, if you want to remove categories from the page heading, navigate to heme Settings > Shop > Sidebar and Page title > and disable “Categories in page title”
