Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
The categories menu items must fit on the screen; in case menu items don’t fit, you need to somehow reorganize the menu. It is impossible to define the “scroll” there because in this case the drop-down submenus will be cut off by the “overflow”.

thnipuParticipantPlease see this.
My menu list is long. I can’t make it short because of the product list. When my list is more than 13/14 items, I can’t see the rest of the menu items. When I scroll, my home page scrolls, but the menu does not go down the list. What should I do now? Please check the attachment video file.October 31, 2025 at 8:34 pm #693847

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
You need to somehow reorganize the menu or add a submenu in the HTML block. It is impossible to define the “scroll” there because in this case the drop-down submenus will be cut off by the “overflow”.
Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings:
.whb-header-bottom-inner .wd-dropdown-cats { overflow: hidden; overflow-y: auto; -webkit-overflow-scrolling: touch; max-height: 586px; }In CSS, scrolling can be achieved only by applying the overflow property, which cuts off any content outside the initial element. Unfortunately, it does not have other solutions. In that case, you have to choose between scrolling and dropdowns. In that case, we recommend you reorganize your categories using parent categories and mega menu dropdowns, which take less vertical space and scrolling will not be needed.

thnipuParticipantHello there,
Thanks for your feedback. This solution is ok to activate the scrolling. But it overflows the submenu. It’s not a proper solution as I said before I have lot’s of category which not possible to reorganize.November 1, 2025 at 3:46 pm #693909
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Unfortunately, this limitation is caused by how CSS handles scrolling and overflow properties — when scrolling is enabled, dropdown submenus cannot extend beyond the container, which results in them being cut off.
There is no other way in theme settings to be available for that, It requires customization, and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
Best Regards,
