category side bar on ipad

On an ipad, our side categrory bar looks like the screenshot attached. How do we address this?

Navigate to Header builder -> Mobile -> edit Mobile menu and disable the “Show HTML Blocks” option -> https://prnt.sc/1EON1dEcTCVO
Clear the cache and check how it works.

While that works, we loose the blocks on mobile all together. The screenshot below is on my andiod phone. The arrow and the expanded categories work great, as an image is not displayed. I think the cause on the ipad is that the images are being displayed, when they should not be. Is there a way to address that?

I dont believe the ipad is defaulting to or using the mobile version of the header we have set as default. I believe its using the pc version of the sidebar.

Can we hide the images on an ipad like we do on the true mobile view? Ill find out what version this was observed on
It seems it happens in the 11-inch tablets, so I have set for tablets 2 columns via the Elementor and now it looks well – https://prnt.sc/rFfl5wcxWchF
