Category sidebar disappeared

    Hi,

    My category sidebar disappeared and I don’t know why. I go to Theme settings > Shop > sidebar & pagetitle and everything is as it should (see image) – what am I missing?

    Also, in the product categories, whenever I click on the different product grids, the website is redirected to the homepage. How can I fix this?

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    Deactivated plugins and switched to another theme and the sidebar worked. But when I switch back to woodmart it disappears. Not sure if this is what you mean by switching the parent theme?

    I’ve also noticed now that a column from my footer disappeared and that the category images show on the bottom of the home page but I didn’t put them there. Seems like things are happening with the theme without me doing the changes.

    Hello,

    Please switch to the parent WoodMart theme and check. I suspect the issue is caused either by plugins or by customization. So we need to detect what influence.

    I’m already on the parent woodmart theme (I believe). I’ve worked on the parent theme the whole time.

    Hello,

    You have set Home Optica as the home page and as the shop page. You have disabled the sidebar in the page settings https://prnt.sc/ss87sm , that is why the sidebar disappeared. Youw would better separate the pages.

    Hi, Thanks for the message. I have changed the shop page. But I can’t get the sidebar back. The space for it is now visible but it’s blank. Is there a way to get it back as it was before? As well as the other widgets lost?
