Category Slug doesn’t work

I created new category. I am typing

http://www.comfygomobility.eu/electric-wheelchair it is not working

why it is working like:
https://comfygomobility.eu/?product_cat=electric-wheelchair

i dont need “product_cat” . I want use my slug to categories

I updated theme and plugins.

Can you help me?
