Category Thumbnail Image Not Displaying on Archive Page

I hope you are well.
I am experiencing an issue where the category thumbnail image is not displaying on the front end, even though it has been correctly uploaded in the WordPress backend.
The Problem:
As you can see in the attached images:
Sem título2.png: I have successfully uploaded a thumbnail image for the product category “Cabos de Controle Movflex”.
Sem título.png: On the live category archive page, the front end displays a default placeholder icon instead of the assigned thumbnail image.
Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:
I have already tried the following steps without success:
Cleared all caches: I have cleared the website cache (WP Rocket) and my browser cache multiple times.
Checked Theme Settings: I have navigated to Woodmart -> Theme Settings -> Shop -> Categories and tried changing the “Categories style” to all available options that are supposed to display images. This did not have any effect on the front end.
Checked for Custom Layouts: I have also checked Woodmart -> Layouts to see if a custom product archive layout is overriding the theme settings. While we do use custom layouts, it is not immediately obvious which setting within the layout’s Elementor widget might be preventing the image from displaying.
Could you please advise on what might be causing this issue? Is there a specific setting, either in the theme options or within a layout widget, that I need to configure to ensure the assigned category thumbnail is displayed correctly on the archive pages?
