Our theme CSS is split into micro parts that are loaded only on pages where necessary. This mechanism minimizes it as much as possible. But, unfortunately, it is not possible to remove the unused CSS completely from the page. It is a general WordPress problem not related to our theme directly. You can try to use WP Rocket and its CSS optimizations options to achieve this.
