Center Align Header Nav Menu (X Col Content Not Flex)

Hi, I would like to make the header nav menu “static” and centered to “page” (not centered between the 1st and 3rd columns). I believe there should be an easy fix.. How do I achieve that?

Hi, it is centered within the 2nd col, between the 1st and 3rd col of the header. I want it to be exactly in the middle of the website. I hope that makes sense..
