Center Text block in row

Hi,

I want to center a text block in ROW.
In my row middle center is choose but my text is not center in the row.
You can check this at http://www.monboisdechauffage.fr at the bottom of page with text and pictures.

The row settings have the option to align the content in the middle vertically.

But i want a vertical center in the row not horizonal center.
