Change address/update shipping

Change address/update shipping calculator doesn’t update the shipping cost on Woodmart custom cart layout, my customers are confused, when they change the address for their state/address on the cart page and then hit ‘update’ it doesn’t update:

Test address for you Australia, Victoria, Melbourne, 3000

if this is entered the shipping should update to a flat rate of $16 but does not update shipping costs?

You can insert the address, and configure the shipping methods in the Dashboard > Settings.

What do you mean? I have done this already. It is when the shipping calculator on the cart page is enabled, when you use it it doesn’t update the details. I felt it might be an issue/bug because I am using a custom template (woodmart_layout) for the cart page?

Obviously, I have already configured the shipping options.

When using the ‘Shipping Calculator’ on the ‘Cart Page’ it doesn’t update the details to reflect the new address.

Please make the full backup of your site and check the issue on the Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Storefront is a free theme developed by WooСommerce.

Please close this ticket as I am not going to change the theme to the Storefront to check this. I am running Woodmart not Storefront and it’s an issue irrespective of the theme that is happening on my Woodmart site. It’s all good I will try and figure it out myself :0) Thank you for your time.
