Change background color on the sub menu on the header

Hi, I have created a development website with woodmart theme and I want to change the background of the submenu. Its currently white as you can see. I also want to change the texts color as well. Please help me to this. I have attached the login credentials on the private area.

You’re currently using an Elementor-built header. To customize the dropdown and submenu colors, please follow these steps:
Go to Edit with Elementor > Header, then select the Nav Menu widget. Under the Style tab, you can adjust the colors and background for both the dropdown and submenu items.
