    Hi,

I am trying to change the background colour on the HTML block wd-prefooter however the colour is linked to “–wd-main-bgcolor” and I am unable to find the settings to change this colour from white.

    Hello,

Navigate to HTML Blocks -> edit the Prefooter block and set the bg color to the container itself.

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Luke,

Thanks for your response. The container background colour is already showing as #FCFCFC which is correct. The issue lies with the area outside the container. I have tried also changing the background from site settings to no affect.

    Hello,

In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

    Kind Regards

    Hello,

I see that you have changed it via custom CSS – https://prnt.sc/8ef3ND7ZyBWn. In general, the color of the Prefooter can be changed through the HTML BLock itself, e.g here are a few examples – https://prnt.sc/ffccb0ZiIoF6, https://prnt.sc/NxHYl2DFu-EW

On your side, I see that you have defined such bg color – https://prnt.sc/_Hrr924LmsSv , https://prnt.sc/EeFRZsMzZdi- but your container is not stretched (https://prnt.sc/ghbxtgavJJRv) so it is possible that on the sides you will see a different color. So make it stretched and the color should be come from the HTML block itself.

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

Unfortunately some of your screenshots are removed. It appears the issue is with Microsoft Edge as we have tested on another browser and it works.

    Hello,

Clarify which ones are removed, and I will send them via another tool.

Try to clear the Microsoft Edge browser cache.

    Kind Regards
