Change 'Blog' text on single blog post to category name

Good day.
I would like to change the text that displays ‘blog’ on the single blog post pages to rather display the category in which the blog post is in.

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.
It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
