You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

This button is the default Woocommerce sorting. You need to disable the shop filters so that this sorting would appear. You can disable the shop filters in the Theme Settings > Product archives > Shop filters, you need to set “No” for the filters.

How do you want to change this button?

i did it but nothing . i don’t want to change it , however i want to have this button whatmore i dont want to disable the shop filters inaddition i want both, ( shorting and filter ) .

It is not possible to have both. You can have either Shop filters at the top of the default sorting. You can add the necessary Woocommerce widgets to have both functionalities in the Shop filters, please check this manual: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/
