change cart button link

Hi everyone, I’m having issues with my theme. I have just installed the theme, but when i click the checkout button, it sends me to a blank page. Is there a way to change the link of my cart button?

sure, also i would like to change the the link of this button, as of right now its blank and doesnt procede to the checkout section as it should.
