Change categories order

How to change the categories names order in the categories list , for example :

Hand Tools
work Tools
Building Tools

Change to :

Building Tools
work Tools
Hand Tools

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
