    For a strange reason when am trying to change an image from a specific category am getting 524 error posting a screenshot.

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins except these ones:

    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Thank you for your prompt answer. I will try it can i ask am having a wierd issue on mobile phone with my side menu. As you can see from the screenshot the side menu doesnt show the whole category menu of my eshop.

    It used to show it all there now it doesnt. Can you help me fix it?

    It shows the menu 2x times and is like freeze .

    Update.

    This happend only on mobile phone , sometimes it shows the side bar menu correctly with full categories and full length . And sometimes it show it as the first screenshot cut in half with two different menu scrolls.

    2. Make sure that you have not defined that code: https://take.ms/fa8FF , otherwise remove it for fixing the issue with categories.

    Hello,

    In this case, is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

    Also, please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

    the problem is that the website is in production , with orders etc. Is it possible that it can be done locally ? If i duplicate with duplicator and use it locally ?

    In this case, I suggest you clone your website and move it to the staging platform so then I can check it there.
