change category title

We want to know if it is possible to have different category title (in the black ribbon above the page) as the one we use in the menu
So e.g.:
category menu title: Breakfast
category page title: Low Carb Breakfast (and this should be H1)

For SEO it is intersting to have (H1)titles including low carb, but it will be too much for our customers to show low carb in every menu item.

So we want the menu to show without low carb, but the page title and H1 with low carb
We want to create a custom Category Title field (with ACF) where we can manually type our wanted (sub)Category Title / H1
When we fill this field, this should replace the exisitng category title and H1.
Is this possible? If so…how?

Your request requires additional code customization of the template PHP files and we don’t have an instruction for you. You can find the source code for this section in the file inc/template-tags.php.
