Change color of links and hover effect in content

Hello,
I am having a hard time changing the colors of my links in my main content. Right now the links are a dark gray and if you hover over it it becomes our default dark red color. I would like to reverse this. So the links are red and then turn dark gray when someone hovers over them to be clickable.
I’ve included a link to a site that has a link on it for an example.
Any help?

Please navigate to Theme Settings and change colors in Styles and colors. You will need to change the Primary Color

I thought that might do it, but I’m looking to change just the link color. I don’t want to change any of the buttons or other backgrounds. Is this possible?

You can set prime color and check your setting in Theme Settings > Styles and colors > Buttons. As you see buttons are configured separately.
